Good washing machine

So far everything is working really well. I love the little tune it plays at the end. The clothes come out really clean and it's nice to use he detergent. The only thing to be aware of is when washing heavy items the spin cycle may need to be changed to a lower level.

Great Machine

I was one of those skeptics who thought clothes would never be clean without the agitator. I have washed clothes for forty-three years, and I have to admit that the laundry was never as clean as they are with my new LG washing machine. It is a very user friendly machine. I love the Tub Clean cycle I run every month. I'm now happy to do laundry.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, love the end cycle tune

Great Washer

I have had this washer for over a month now and I absolutely love it. I love the digital buttons and readout. There are plenty of options you can use depending on the type of load. I really like that it signals the end of the wash by playing a little tune. My clothes come out really clean. It's very easy to use, just follow the instructions which are easy to read and understand.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design

Does not clean clothes

The washer seems to work fine, but when we pull clothes out, they still smell horrible. Especially the towels for some reason. We are going to try to get LG to give us our money back since it's still under warranty and we are very unsatisfied, but I doubt they'll honor it since technically it isn't malfunctioning. And "no" I am not the only one with this problem for this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Definite Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have used this washer for 1.5 yrs and love it. The complaints about the wrinkles are understandable. You typically have larger loads than before and use less water. However if you pull the clothes out as the washer finishes, and do the same for the dryer, you will not have that problem. The machine works to perfection and we are very pleased with it.

Great capacity Wsher

I love the choices this washer provides. The extra large capacity is wonderful-just washed a heavy Korean blanket in it. The washer swallows the large load. Comes out clean. It also uses less water.

Very quiet and loaded with wash options

Had this unit for a month and all seems well. Ease of use is a great benefit especially for my wife who is technologically incapable. Very quiet and nice design to look at.
