Overall, I think it is a great game. The new tracks are twisty and tricky so it makes it very fun when you're using the steering wheel, specially at 150cc! Going online to challenge people around the world is a great feature that I have enjoyed very much because just when you think you're good in the game, somebody makes you think twice! I would have to say that this is perhaps the best Mario Kart so far! The only thing that I did not like was how in battle mode you can only split into 2 teams. On the Nintendo 64 Mario kart, 3 friends and I would just go at it every-man-for-himself and it was a lot of fun! The new battle made seemed to get boring now because the new battle arenas are so big that sometimes finding the enemy takes a while and you are just driving around most of the time. However, the online feature makes up for that since you can play with a friend against the world. In conclusion, if you don't mind the battle mode changes then you will love this game!
What's great about it: New tracks, being on the wii, new items, online feature
What's not so great: Battle mode with multiplayers is not as fun as previous versions

This is a great game that adds to many of the fantastic titles that the Wii already has to offer. The Wii wheel adds a new driving mechanic to those who have not played some of the other driving games already out on Wii. It doesn't really make the game any easier or harder with or without the wheel but since it's already packaged with the game, why not use it? There are plenty of unlockables throughout the game that will keep you busy for a while. The addition of bikes to the game really adds an interesting aspect to the gameplay because you are no longer restricted to only driving a cart. Bikes and Carts can race together, each with thier own strengths and weaknesses. The best part of the game by far is it's online capability. You can connect with friends or with random people from around the world and race or battle against each other. There is little or no lag (depending on your connection) and games are started within seconds. Some people complained about the online problems that Smash brothers Brawl had but it seems like either this game does not have the same problems or that nintendo was able to fix these problem within the month that it's been since Brawl came out. The only real problem I have with the game is it's catch-up logic on 150cc single player. The other computer controlled characters seem to get every power-up it needs to make sure you don't win the race. It takes a lot of luck and some really masterful driving to make sure you can pass 150cc with an "A" rating. But, it seems like Nintendo found this problem and fixed it on multi-player which is a plus. Overall I think this game is great and should belong to all Wii owners whether they are seasoned veterans of Mario Kart or first time owners.
What's great about it: Wii wheel, New maps, new characters, ONLINE BATTLES/RACES
What's not so great: Catch-up Logic/AI can be frustrating on 150cc

Game is a lot of fun, especially with multiple players. Allows you to drive on tracks from past games. The Wii Wheel takes a while to get used to but is definitely worth a try. It is not as intuitive as the standard controls.
What's great about it: Good Multi-player game. Good graphics.
What's not so great: The Wii Wheel is not as intuitive as the standard controls.

Mario Kart dashes once again and it doesn't disappoint! This series is another trusty title that nintendo brings out with its new systems. This is also what they like to call a bridge game (a game for both hardcore and casual gamers). Mario and the gang bring back the kid in you with fun tracks and some new items to keep you on your toes. The wii wheel is a bit hard to at first but amazing to play with once you learn. A cool new feature is the trick jump. Right before a jump you can perform a trick that will give you a speed boost if you land it. The biggest thing is its wi-fi online play. You can play with people all over the world, race their ghosts, participate in tournaments, and of course race in tracks with up to 12 people. The game flows beautifully in online mode and if you didn't know any better, you'd say you were just playing the game. With Mario Kart, Nintendo has set a new standard for the online experience in future titles.
What's great about it: Classic mario kart game play; great online play; 32 awesome tracks
What's not so great: grueling 150cc racing; game quality drops to half with two or more players

This game is so fun! The Wii wheel is the best part. I was hoping it would have more than the regular Mario Karts but I haven't seen anything yet, but I have only played for about 20 minutes.

I bought this game when it came out and I loved it! The best mario kart yet. I love the fact that you can ride on bikes and not just the regular karts. Totally awesome!

This game was totally worth the wait! it is just like the old game on nintendo 64 and just as fun. I new levels are awesome and the gameplay is easy. The fun thing about the game is that anyone can play! it is great to have people over and all play mario cart.
