I bought this game for my husband, but my 6 year old daughter has played it non-stop for 2 weeks!..I cannot get her out of the house. She and my husband love to compete on the various courses. This is the first game that we have not gotten bored with after the first few games.
What's great about it: Exciting
What's not so great: addictive
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a Mario Kart fan since the Super Mario Kart first came out on the Super NES. Then I was a fan of Mario Kart on the 64. Then I was a fan of Mario Kart on the Gamecube. Now there is the Mario Kart Wii.
Big selection of characters to choose from, great control with the Wii Wheel, all new power ups, tricks, tracks, carts and the motorbikes! The game makes really good use of the Wiimote.
The graphics aren't that much better than the gamecube, but that really didn't bother me. The sounds are what you would expect from Mario Kart.
Better yet, the Wii version is online ready! Join the WFC or play against a buddy over the internet. The WFC puts players against total strangers all over the world to compete."
What's great about it: New Vehicles,Great characters
What's not so great: Graphics are fine for a mario cart in my opinon
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was expecting a lot from this game and it turned out to be the best wii game!! If you are searching for a great wii game, get this one. You won't regret it!!!

I always loved playing Mario Kart!! I was so excited when the Wii came out, but I just couldn't wait until Mario Kart for the Wii. I'm so happy with this product!! This is the best Mario Kart that I've ever played!!! I would totally recommend this Game!

Great Wii Game

This is a great game for the Wii that will appeal to almost all age ranges. The fact that you can play anyone all over the world makes it really fun. The Wii wheel accessory works great. The tracks are many and varied, however, strategies seem almost too simplified. Also, the fact that one can go from first to last in a matter of seconds, based on items found, can make the game more or less fun depending how serious a gamer you are.
Overall a great purchase!
What's great about it: Addicting game play, excellent on-line capability
What's not so great: Tracks are fairly simple
I would recommend this to a friend!

This game is fun and good for all ages. The steering wheel makes it feel like you're really driving. Highly recommend!
What's great about it: Drives like you're really steering
What's not so great: Needs a way to avoid being hit.

Our entire family has a blast with Mario Kart for Wii. It is so fun to all race against each other! This is a game everyone can enjoy!
What's great about it: 4 players at a time and TONS of fun
What's not so great: My son always beats me!

Best Wii Racing Game

I gave it 4 stars, yes. But giving 5 stars is rare for me.
I greatly anticipated getting Mario Kart. Once I finally was able to get my hands on it I must say, I was not the least bit disappointed. By far the best (and only good one really) Wii racing game I've played yet. The Wheel makes it much more realistic and the graphics are amazing (especially solo) on my 42" LCD screen. Feels like you're going through those courses with every exciting twist, turn, bump or leap. Perfect for friends that are over who might not be familiar/skilled with the Wii because they can just take the wheel and go. The learning curve is only 5 minutes or so and then even the amateurs are racing like Wii pros.
My only regret is that it did not take long to "beat" the game at all. But there are endless possibilities with the online play feature and never-ending one-on-one combat or racing.
A must-have for your Wii collection.
What's great about it: Amazing graphics, great fun, Wii wheel is realistic
What's not so great: Easy to beat, got old/tired of it a bit too quickly
