Good features - could improve/add on others

Like the capacity, digital read out on door, LED interior lighting, door seal, temp and door ajar alarms.
Don't like lack of shelves in door, door can not be reversed to open opposing directions, can be hard to open door, not very quiet and makes a hissing sound just about every time you open and close door.

I moved from a 19.5 to this 21.5cu ft and this didn't fit everything I had in the 19.5. I don't know how the measuring was done between the two but clearly there is no standard for measuring interior space accurately. Other than that, this one does it's job well and I like having a digital indicator on the outside that tells me the interior temp.

Unit is as advertised!

We bought this about a month and a half ago. So far, it does everything advertised. It seems very well made, sturdy, and quiet. We bought it to expand our freezer capacity. We also like that it can be an additional refrigerator, if needed. We entertain a lot and the this answers some of our capacity issues.

Best Use of Space Ever!

For almost fifty years we have owned some type of an upright freezer and this is by far the best one ever! The shelving provide the best possible storage with easy access to items with one exception. The upper part of the door only had three inserts. I contacted Frigidaire and paid for three additional units to take better advantage of the space.

Bought this as a replacement for a 24 year old freezer that was still working, but I am too old to keep defrosting. So far I am very pleased. No negatives.

I've had the freezer for a couple of months and it has performed great . It cools down quickly and with the display it's easy to see it is maintaining the your setting.

Researched a variety of upright freezers and this Frigidare stood out from all the rest. The external temperature display and power loss alarm are great features that put this freezer ahead of the rest!
