Great freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent freezer. It is very well insulated, and cycles infrequently. The inside is extremely well organized and lit which makes it easy to store and find all types of foods. The front digital panel helps insure that the freezer is cooling to correct temperature without having to open the door and check with a third party thermometer. The loss of one star is due to the soft storage compartment. At the factory the magnets were installed backward so the door wouldn't close (repel instead of attract). This required us to place a service call to have the problem fixed. This really should have been caught at the factory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago based on the fact that it had drawers to help organize bags of vegetables, etc. the only shortfall is that the door storage only has three bins making a lot of wasted space. We ordered two more bins to add. Would be nice if Frigidaire would at least give the part numbers to order more. Without the door storage, this 21 cubic foot freezer held only slightly more than our old 16 cubic foot freezer, the shelves are shallower than older freezers, so food is easier to find.

Our last freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased freezer one year ago and it is still working great. Our last freezer was 39 years old when we retired and moved. If this one last half as long, we may not be around to see it get recycled. We like the temperature indication on the door and an improvement would be to place it on our WiFi similar to our new garage door openers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good value on a great freezer. One thing lacking is it only ships with three door bins and you have to purchase another three to fully utilize door space. Had it come with the six door bins required, I would have given 5 stars.
