Bottom drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer in October. Frigidaire freezer I replaced held more. Also, the bottom wire basket operated better. Current model bottom basket slides on the bottom of the freezer; very poor design and safety issue for the owner. I do like the middle basket (with the guides) and I ordered an additional basket w/guides. Wish the guides would work on the lower basket, can you check on this and advise?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great price and easy set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the unit two months ago. Liked the style and color and loved the price. It was a couple of hundred dollars less than comparable model. The temperature display is a huge plus. Putting handles on and shelves together was very simple.

spacious well designed freezer

The flexibility of interior shelving is quite useful. My only complaint is that at first the door was quite difficult to open but as the freezer got filled it became easier and now functions perfectly well.

Door difficult to pull open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer works well. The only issue I have is that the door is difficult to pull open. I called customer service and was told that it would get easier to open over time. When I asked what could I do now I was told to rub parafin wax over the gaskets. I did the parafin wax and still have a problem.

Perfect for our needs

Great tech
