Great Freezer with One Problem

Overall the freezer is great with lots of room and well laid out with shelves and bins inside. It has one nagging issue. The door is sealed so tightly that it pulls the freezer across the floor when you try to open it. I have to hold the edge of the freezer with one hand while I open it with the other so it stays put.

Easy to organize

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the upright freezer about a month ago. I am able to put my plastic organizing bins easily on the shelves to organize my frozen vegetables, soups, hash browns, etc. I am able to easily find quickly any product that I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my initial review, I complained about the wrapping and lack of door shelves. The only other negative I have found is that the freezer is LOUD. Much more noise than the normal freezer. Plus the door is hard to open. Tends to slide the freezer unless you jerk on the door. On the plus side, I would think the door seals well... lol. The freezer keeps a good steady cold temperature.

Hello, A Happy Camperrrrrrrrr! Thank you for your feedback! With your new appliance, modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. It is normal to experience a vacuum like suction from the freezer door. When the freezer door is opened, warm air rushes inside. When you close the door, all the warm air rushes to the evaporator which causes a vacuum. This will cause the door to be hard to open for about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. Hopefully, this helps. Best Freeezer I've ever owned!

Its very usable, I can see everything when opened, easy to pack, love the soft area for ice cream, love the baskets, movable shelves, also the temp on the outside, don"t have to worry about that! All in all, best move we made in purchasing this great freezer. Thanks for a great product!

Big and bright!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a much smaller manual defrost freezer to this freezer, and love all the space and compartments. Would have liked to give a 4.5 because it's hard to open which perhaps just means that the vacuum seal is excellent and keeping our stuff very cold! Really like it otherwise!

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old freezer died and we bought this without seeing it "live". I love this freezer better than my old one. It is very roomy but has features that let you get and see all your food. The lighting is great too.
