I have a freezer that makes noise when starting up it's like a pinging sound but when I called the young black person had an Attitude of I truly don't care and told me I would have to pay well if this is your warranty I can't expect much from this company I paid cash as choose this unit because I am near 82 and always had great respect for Frigidaire boy am I disappointed with having to hear from anyone who don't care Ken Bolin

Loving this freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I recently purchased this freezer after my old Fridgidaire finally called it quits after 20 years (got my money's worth for sure). New freezer is amazing, loving the added shelf and extra space in the door. Temeperature remains the same all day long and the digital display on the door lets me know exactly where the temp is all day long. Using right now to store enough items to help me to take care of my elderly neighbors so they do not have to go out to the stores durign COVID-19. I can shop and cook for everyone for a week, store the meals and have my son and husband deliver right to their doors. Thanks for the extra space at a great price; keep up the good work. Hope this one last as long as the last one did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a freezer 4 years ago, right from the box store. So now it's stopped freezing, so I was going to try and repair it. I was discussed to find used bubble gum laying in the evaporator compartment. Remind you, no one has opened this compartment since the factory.
