I have used a hand mixer all my life. My dream was to have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I was so excited to get it! The difference in speeds compared to the hand mixers took a time or 2 to get used to, but I cannot believe I didn't get this mixer years ago! My bread making is like a dream. My icings come together so fast and perfect! One of the best parts about my kitchen :D

I've always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer and I was definitely not disappointed when my husband got me one for Christmas. It makes EVERYTHING so much easier! So far I've done - cookies, cake, whip cream, bread, homemade pasta, and used the rotor slicer to cut veggies. It is seriously amazing.
