I have my stand mixer on my counter and use it all the time.
I purchased some attachments and have made apple and pear sauce, and use the slicers all the time to whip up a quick salad, shred veggies for soup, or grate cheese.
I got rid of my hand held beaters and use it for mashed potatoes, whipped cream and batters.
It made some killer marshmallows and I've also used it for beauty products.
All around its a great purchase!
