[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this and can’t believe what a difference it has made in my baking. So easy! My handheld would struggle and overheat. Now in no time I’m ready for the oven and half my batter is not stuck in the beaters!
My only issue is it is is heavy.

I received mine as a gift, and it is definitely one of my all time favorite kitchen items! Yes, these are SUPER expensive, so I'm very thankful it was gifted to me. Having this has shaved many a minutes off of my cooking/baking time, which is fabulous when I'm trying to make something to eat for the family and have two kids clinging to my legs. I love it and highly recommend it! If anything, put it on your Christmas or B-Day list.

I bought this to replace our original KitchenAid mixer that I used (and used frequently) for 15-16 years. We use it not only as a mixer but use the motor with the the food grinder attachment to grind venison, pork, etc. to make ~60 lbs of home-made sausage each year. When the motor on the old one started lagging, I had no second thoughts but drove out and bought a new one. We hooked up the grinder to the new mixer and kept on with the sausage making.
