Every time I use the KitchenAid I thank my boyfriend for getting it for me lol . It makes so many baking tasks easier for me and I appreciate it. I mostly use it for simple things like biscuits, cookies, or non yeast breads like Zucchini or banana bread... I've also used it for pie crust and even for mashing a potato soup ... It works really well for everything . I don't have the extra attachments ex. - making noodles, but I think all of the regular functions are helpful for everyday cooking and baking and everyone should upgrade their mixers and bowls for one of these in their kitchen instead.. It truly is a great Kitchen"Aid" for all cooking skill levels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have coveted this item for several years and was finally able to purchase it this holiday season. It is very heavy and runs very well and remarkably quiet so far. Attachments are easy to remove and change out. I will be making many recipes in this for years to come. And I will be purchasing the meat grinder attachment next.
