[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift for Christmas. I have used it for all sorts of cooking/baking since then. I absolutely love this mixer. I can set it to mix and do other parts of the recipe while this lovely mixer does it's thing. This is especially helpful for recipes that require whipped cream or egg whites. I can't wait to find more recipes that require mixing!

I had always wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer, and this past Christmas I received one as a gift from my parents. I cannot believe how much of a difference it has made in my baking, and what an improvement it is over my old stand mixer, that was basically just a hand mixer on an arm over a bowl. There is no comparison! The speed and quality are terrific, and even the recipes that come with it are great! Love this mixer!!
