My daughter talked me into purchasing a KitchenAid the other day, and boy, am I impressed. We love this machine. We've used it about once a week so far, and the ideas of recipes and creations are on everyone's mind. What I like best is that it does all the work for you. Our hand mixer was adequate, but the function of the KitchenAid is so much better. I highly recommend for anyone who bakes, cooks, or creates in the kitchen.

I love everything about this mixer except the fact that the mixing bowl gets stuck at the bottom after using the mixer. I find it a major challenge to remove it.
I use this mixer every single day for kneading. I am very annoyed by the fact that I can't clean it immediately after use as I have to wait for someone to remove it for me.

I bought this mixer to make dough to make rotis since I always bought rotis/chappatis from the grocery store and would be lazy to make the dough by hand. I would say this machine has made my life so much easier and it's very easy to clean up after. Now my kids and I could have fresh rotis and now we can start experimenting the cakes and baking goods. Love this mixer!!
