Bought for General Baking. This has exceeded my expectations. It works very well and the attachment also. Bought a Flex edge beater and virtually eliminated having to scrape down the bowl. Plenty of power and well thought out and designed. You can't go wrong with Kitchenaid quality.

I've wanted one of these mixers for probably 10 years and I was surprised with one on Christmas. It has been the absolute best thing in my kitchen ever! The versatility of it, the look of it and the power and ease of use just simply can't be beat (unless you buy restaurant grade!) All the attachments make my work in the kitchen almost effortless. My baked goods come out better and for the first time I've been able to make cheesecake that is to die for! Thank you KitchenAid for an absolutely wonderful product!

I received the mixer as a gift at Christmas and use it weekly. I have since purchased the various attachments and have used the meat grinder several times. It is very easy to install the attachments and clean up is easy as well.

My mother and grandmother used to tell me I would never know how easy it is to mix without a KitchenAid. I was given a Sumbeam mixer as a wedding gift almost 43 years ago--and it just quit working. I replaced it with this KitchenAid and am absolutely amazed at how easy and fun it is to mix things! Can't wait to purchase some of the attachments!!!!!
