This was given to me as a gift by my husband. The first time I used it my appliance did not work. My husband called the customer service line and was dealt with professionally and courteously. Within 3 days I had my new appliance and to be honest I don't know how I functioned before. I love to cook and so it has encouraged me to try new recipes and the attachments that I own makes doing any recipe from scratch a breeze.

Overall I am happy with my mixer however flour flies all over when I turn the mixer on. I do wish there was a shield to put over the bowl to prevent this from happeneing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Kitchenaid for Christmas and love it. I wanted one since I've lost the strength in my hand and it s harder to mix when baking. Glad I have it now!
