I wish I had gotten the Kitchenaid mixer a long time ago. I bake a lot and it makes baking so much more efficient. I got a beautiful red one and it sits out on my counter all the time.

I used the same "Brand X" model for 10 years, so I didn't realize what I was missing until I bought this KitchenAid model! What a difference! It mixes so quickly, no flour or liquid "kicking" back when the beater starts up, and complete stability of the stand on the counter. Lots of great colors available to choose from, too.
