My dream mixer

I have wanted a KitchenAid stand mixer for years but was always too busy working to justify spending the money on it since I had little time to bake. Now that I am retired I have lots of time and use it several times a week. I love it.

I had always wanted a Kitchenaid Mixer and decided to finally by it when I saw the beautiful ice blue mixer on display in one of my local stores. Not only do I love it but I have come home to all sorts of goodies prepared by my kids who love the ease of use of this product. Here I was thinking that purchasing this product was a gift to me and it turns out it was a purchase the whole family enjoys using!

Mixer is great, but the bottom of the bowl is not the greatest because it has that point and the mixer can't reach all the mixture. Need to do something different with the bottom of the bowl.

This is my second KitchenAid. I just had my kitchen remodeled and wanted the red one to go in the new kitchen, a little spoiled I know, but my other was 24 years old without any problems at all. So I expect if I get the same great performance as the other one it will be my last. The kids where happy to have the old one! They have all the memories of all the foods we prepared in it. It was like part of the family. So now it's time to make new memories.
