[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been eyeing a kitchenaid mixer for almost a year, and am so happy I finally got one for Christmas! the red color is beautiful and true to the photo, and the mixer unit feels sturdy and solid. I love that it is the perfect height to fit under my cabinets. I only wish the bowl had a handle.

I love using the KitchenAid mixer for bread-making. The dough hook is the perfect attachment and is very easy to use and to clean afterwards. I would recommend reading reviews and recipes online for tips about adjustments to the depth of the mixer attachments and how to use the KitchenAid most effectively for what you want to do and which attachment to use. I read that some people get frustrated because the mixer isn't mixing the ingredients at the very bottom, but it's a really easy thing to fix. You just need to be familiar with the machine and how to tweak it before you use it. It's extremely durable and has enough power to mix even extremely thick and sticky dough. No problem figuring out how to use it or change the attachments. I love it!
