Parts were missing from mixer. Chatted with kitchenAid and they sent the wrong parts. I needed the attachment knob and they sent me the rubber feet(which I do not need).Had to wait almost 2 weeks for the wrong part. Now I have to wait another 7-10 days for the parts. In the mean time I wanted to use my attachments to grate all my cheese and grind meat into chop meat. I wanted to use fresh meat but now I have to freeze it and then defrost it when the right part (hopefully) comes in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is easy to use, I don't have a lot of attachments, but I look forward to purchasing more in the future - ex. Pasta maker. The only problem I haves with this machine is the bowl, I find that the bowl is too deep for the attachments and the need to scrap the sides of the bowl to allow for proper mixing is excessive.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features
