Great mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Mixer burned up when I was making sugar cookies a couple days before Christmas. I decided I wanted a heavy duty mixer that could handle stiff dough. After talking to a couple people who have Kitchen Aid mixers and getting their pros and cons, I chose this model. It is excellent. If I had it to do over again I think I would have gotten the larger capacity bowl.

That has been a challenge for me so my middle daughter and I just had to buy one each. I have only baked banana bread but I am challenged to make regular buns and filled buns in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'll admit, we've wanted a Kitchenaid mixer forever, just for looks. Well we finally remodeled our kitchen and went with all new Kitchenaid appliances so it only seemed right that we finally got the mixer. I went with the matte black color since all of our appliances are black stainless steel. I cant wait to actually use it to bake.

I have made more pies (great & easy pie crust recipe with this mixer), cookies cakes and sauces in the past week than I have in the past year!! I love it & will NEVER be without my Kitchenaid again!!!
