I like that I do not have to use a spatula often to scrape off the bowl. It is easy to use and easy to clean up which I like. I have used the recipes to make bread.

My husband got me this mixer for Christmas 2 years ago & I LOVE it!!!!! I have used it to make cheesecake, reg. cakes, cookies, you name it. I've also added some additional accessories that i love. I especially like the ice cream attachment!
