Not what I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The program choices include Heavy, Auto and Normal all of which have almost exactly the same running times of 2 hours, 30 minutes. What is the difference? The only choice left is Express at 50 minutes.

Love the quietness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for over a month and are completely happy with it. The noise level is great, truly quiet. The third rack is very helpful. It did take a little work to get use to arranging dishes on bottom, but no problem now. A great product!!
