Second Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First Bosch Dishwasher (800 Series) had failed heat pump and it did not make financial sense to repair. Very pleased with that unit. So recently installed second Bosch Dishwasher (500 Series) and seems even better. Quieter with better loading racks. Cleans very well.

Super quiet

we have enjoyed our new dishwasher since November 2016. It is still super quiet. Good thing for the light indicator (really cool feature) or else you wouldn't know it was running. My only wish it had more clearance for the third rack

So quiet!

We have been using this DW for 1 month and are loving the results. It looks great, the features are very simple to use, the dishwashing is so quiet that my spouse and I stare at each other in amazement and have a simple conversation just to prove it. Amazing every time I turn it on - quiet and clean running operation!

Cleans

Ordered it for our new kitchen because previous Bosch dishwasher was so effective. The rack design in this model leaves much to be desired. Some of the spoons do not fit in the upper rack. The middle rack is difficult to raise and lower. The machine lives up to its reputation for quietness and the lowest rack does roll easily. After reading the manual and operating this model for three months, it is more difficult to load than the 24" 800 series purchased six years ago for another home. If you have reccomendations, please advise.

This dishwasher is the cats meow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son in law bought this on my recommendation because I had researched the products on the market and was looking for one in the next couple of months. We visited him and it was the best dishwasher he had ever owned. We bought one a couple of months later, it is also the best dishwasher we have ever owned-quiet, simple to operate and that silverware drawer does an amazing job on anything that you put in it.
OK, then my son-in-laws dishwasher breaks and doesn't work. The repair people do not fix it. It is such a good product, instead of buying another manufacturer's product, he buys the same thing again, he told me he will probably get it fixed eventually and put in in one of his rental units, but he had to buy another one because it is simply the best product for job.
Look, Bosch made an exceptional product and it is a machine and that will break, we are people who will buy your dishwashers. My dishwasher has had no problems and his current one runs like a top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely quiet but leaves a strange smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and cleans really well. i really like the light indicator at the bottom to tell you when the cycle is over. It is so quiet that you won't be able to tell if its washing so the light helps. It leaves very strange rubber like smell at the end of the cycle. It also lacks the drying during the normal cycle so you have to set it to sanitize.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My favorite appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this dishwasher for 3 years and I love it. It is quiet which is important to me. The third rack for utensils and baby bottle rings is awesome! I enjoy the uncluttered appearance of the top controls. If I have a question about them the care manual is most helpful.
