Generally a great dishwasher, but rack is rusting

This has been a terrific dishwasher since we got it several years ago. It does a great job cleaning dishes and the top rack is very convenient for all the little tops for various Tupperware and for various odds and ends and utensils. However the tines on the top rack of the dishwasher have started rusting at the place where they connect to the rack. At least a half dozen of them are rusted most of the way through and one has already fallen off completely. It seems from other reviews that this is not a unique problem to our dishwasher. I hope Bosch contacts me about how to address this issue, since I imagine this is not the standard to which Bosch designed this product.

Not what I had hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher isn't what I had hoped. The cycles are all super long and it does not shut itself off when it is finished. I do like the light that displays when the unit is running so you don't open it during a cycle, but can't say it's worth the cost. Not even close. I don't usually write reviews, but Bosch kept sending me requests. Bummer for them since I don't think I would recommend this unit. Much better options for significantly less money.

My first Bosch product

Three years later, I completed my dream by purchasing a microwave, oven range, refrigerator, and an electric vehicle charger!

Amazing and QUIET dishwasher, but not intuitive.

I love this dishwasher -- after reading the manual. It cleans very well, is nearly silent when running, has a lot of options and versatility, but is not intuitive to figure out without reading the manual. Not difficult but not intuitive.

Love our Boscb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We first got a Bosch dishwasher when we remodeled a home--so when we moved into a newer home and replaced the appliances we didn't even have to do the research. It was Bosch or nothing--that's how good these machines are. Yes, they are quiet, but they clean great and have great features. Love, love the extra top shelf for tongs, knives, spatulas, etc. We almost talked ourselves out of that feature but we are so glad we went for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Dishwasher Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This silent dishwasher cleans everything beautifully even fully loaded and thanks to the silverware tray every knife, fork, and spoon plus spatulas and other kitchen tools get washed individually! I love my Bosch dishwasher so much that I recommend it every chance I get. I've owned four other brands and I will never own anything other than a Bosch!

great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this unit for several years - but unfortunately was destroyed by a big blob of candlewax. Tried to fix it - but was eventually pointless. But this unit was so quiet you had to look to see if the red light was on to know if it was running.
I would recommend this to a friend!
