I've only had it 3 weeks but so far it's a great unit. Arrived on-time, perfect condition, not like some other deliveries we've had to send back. Plug it in and it was cold with a few hours. Runs only occasionally, even being in the garage, and is very quiet. Simple design, easy to adjust the temperature with the dial on the front, as an easily accessible drainage connection, and comes with a built-in lock. No problems so far!
