Works Great! Our Third GE Chest Freezer

Besides the other two smaller GE chest freezers, we have a GE refrigerator. All are working great and reliably. We bought the two smaller GE chest freezers (about 5 cubic feet each) about 10 years ago or more. Both still work great. The refrigerator we bought about 5 years ago to replace a failing Kenmore that was only about 12 years old. We are a GE family. Our Frigidaire microwave is causing is problems. When we replace it we plan on a GE microwave.

5 days short of 2 years, lost power and won't turn back on. Outlet and breaker are fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing deep freezer

We love this freezer. The light makes a huge difference and we love having the extra buckets in it. So far it has worked out great!!

i have only had it one day. don't know how this freezer will work out. My last freezer only

Awesome value for money

From room temperature to -7f within less than 2 hours (while empty).
It is so quiet, that I thought it was not operational.
They only thing I would like to be different, is the baskets that come with it, instead of 3, I would prefer 4 and if there were available dividers for purchase, that would be great as well.

Big Family? Big Freezer!

We have two growing boys and cant keep enough food in the house. Having this freezer helps. I almost went a size smaller but convinced myself to get the larger size. I made the right choice! it stays in a Texas heat garage.
