Filling this freezer is not an eazy task but exciti g to do as I am a meateater and as such I love getting outdoors and stockpiling great cuts of good food and freezing rhem for future use! This freezer lets me do just that!!!

There is plenty of storage, but it doesn’t take up a lot of floor space, which is important to us.

Reliability in having this freezer is only topped by its size and convenience. Absolutely necessary is having the help of an interior light. In experiencing the Covid-19 "shelter-in-place," this GE Chest Freezer is so very needed. How very practical is need fulfillment from having frequent access using the usual frige/feezer and storage organization of a Chest where the colder and longer-term storage of reserves can be kept. Initially placed in the garage, the GE Chest long ago found its place in the eat-in area nook of the kitchen.

Large capacity, interior light, wide temp range

We obtained this FCM11PHBWW chest freezer after a nearly 3 month wait due to the COVID-19 crisis. Delivery went smoothly. The freezer seems to work perfectly EXCEPT that it arrived with a non-functional front LED pilot light on the lower right front which we hope will be repaired under warranty.

Great freezer perfect size for what we need. The light in the lid is great,included were three baskets that is nice feature. We purchased two additional baskets to place in the bottom of freezer.

Easy to organize

This freezer is slightly smaller than a previously owned one but lives large with the space it has. I like the interior configuration and the racks that are easy to move about. I suppose it is nice to have a locking feature, though I don't plan on using it. The only thing that is slightly odd is having the inset handles to lift the lid located on the sides rather than on the front. I can see why this is necessary with the placement of the lock, but again, not really using that. It is a good freezer and we are glad to have it, though we had to wait months because I guess everyone suddenly decided they needed to stock up on frozen foods!
