Dependable when the lights go out!

After much research, we purchased this freezer for freezing garden produce and grass fed local beef.
After about 2 months of stocking it we had a huge storm and lost electricity. 18 hours later, the temp was still at 0! Unbelievable! Definitely feeling good about our purchase!

3 large wire baskets for smaller items.
User friendly features on front & side.
Safety lock & key...small child proof.
Freezer cooled in 4 hrs of plug in.
Looking forward to storing garden produce & butcher market meat.
So much room for everything without over crowding!

Love my freezer

I absolutely love my new freezer. Due to COVID-19 I had to wait 3 months for the freezer but it was worth it. I really like the three baskets and I added 2 more in the bottom. GE was the only freezer I found that was garage ready and since it is in a garage separate from our house this was important to me..Size is prefect—I have plenty of room! Runs very quietly. Delivery was exactly on time.

Works like a Charm

We love the lighting and the baskets to help us keep the freezer organized. It holds its temperature well and seems to be cavernous with how much it actually can hold. We have had the freezer over 6 months and are very happy we purchased it! No problems have been encountered to date.

Just what we needed

Bought some feeezer beef and pork. This is just the right size to hold enough for our family. Easy to get started and was cold in 2 hours. We keep this in our garage and had been able to regulate the temp well.

Bought this unit in July 2015. No problems in 5 years, have never had to de-ice it, very quiet, great value. Would it it again!

Great Freezer Storage for Garage

Really good storage for extra frozens to locate in our garage. Only 2 things so far I would consider as cons. The cord must be longer so you can place it anywhere in a garage close enough to minimum outlets available. Especially since the manual says to never use an extension cord. Also the handle feature to lift the top door is very inconvienant on the sides. Needs to be on front of door in the middle. Other aspects are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
