Does what I expected it to do.

We had a GE freezer in our previous home that we sold before moving knowing that we would be purchasing another once we were settled into our new home. We were so pleased with our last GE freezer that we didn't even consider purchasing any other brand. We're as satisfied with this latest purchase as we were with our previous model.

Easy access and particularly appreciate lighted interior. being "energy star" appliance makes me feel I contribute to safeguarding our fragile world in a small way.

One of the few freezers that are energy star rated in this size and price. Good features for the price. I feel I got a fair deal for what I paid. The only feature missing was a low-temperature alarm. It seems silly not to have this for price range it is in.

We needed to upgrade and downsize and this size is perfect. We have all GE appliances in our home. Refrigerator is next to upgrade.
