This was my first upright freezer after having two chest models, and I couldn't be happier. Ease of use, good design, temperature displayed in the door, and quiet running are just a few of its excellent features.

It does what you would want from a freezer, keeps everything frozen. I've been use to a chest freezer and this one, no more digging to the bottom.

We bought this freezer for indoor use but after moving we only found space for it in our garage which is not heated nor cooled. We live on the Gulf Coast and it gets very hot and humid here. Regardless, our GE Freezer continues to chug along without issues.
