First time With a Leaky Ink

I have used ink ordered from you all many times. This time the black ink leaked onto each sheet of paper.I checked the printer it is definetly a cartridge problem.I did not send it back because it still works but I will not get as many printings because of the leaking.
I will order again, hoping next one will be okay.

This cartridge runs out so quickly - I wish I hadn't purchased this printer because it costs a fortune to replace the ink cartridges.

Packaging and labeling don't match printer configurations/slots (e.g., says Black XL or even Photo, cautions "This does not replace 564 Black" but the only place you can put an XL cartridge is in the Photo slot. Lasts less than two months and never gives the # of copies advertised. Will not print from a new BLK cartridge if colors need replacing. Spotty quality. If you need to depend on your printer daily, don't buy HP inks!

When changing HP printers, we bought with the slim flat ink cartridge design. Previous printer cartridges were almost a mini square design. Mini square design was easier to handle than the slim flat ones. Therefore, just an ok product designation is offered in evaluation of the cartridge.
