I don't understand why the 564xl will not work in my printer but I could not get it into the printer.

Blsck cartridge has greenish tint to it and I cannot fix color, Therefore pictures printed all have a slightly green tint to them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After I replaced all the ink cartridges, I made 2 copies and the ink level went below half. This is not good.

Terrible after one use

I have bought two of these. Each time I would use it once (and it would work perfectly), but then after that the ink would not show up on the paper. I get the same type of colored ink and it works fine. I am very disappointed with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
