Hard to remove the cover for the ink feed

Removing the cover of the ink feeder for the 564 ink containers is always difficult, but this time it was worse than usual, such that when it finally snapped off ink scattered all over the place. I HATE these containers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

None of these cartridges seem to last very long. I only use this printer for home and I seem to be putting cartridges in them all the time. I do not print pictures or any heavy ink needing project and they still last only about 3 weeks. Not enought ink and printed pages for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
