I received the product that I ordered promptly (black ink cartridge 564), but unfortunately it is not the right cartridge for my printer. It is much too large. When I extracted the existing cartridge from the printer it was labeled HP Black Ink Cartridge 61. This, despite the fact that reliable documentation confirms that cartridge 564 is the proper one for the HP 3510 printer. It is worth noting that my printer was previously owned when I bought it.

I did receive the cartridges,but, have not been able to use them.After placing the cartridge I was getting some error message on printer screen.I contacted HP and after some discussion they said I have a hardware problem.They are sending me a replacement printe rwhich come with cartridges .So I don"t know when I will use your cartridges ,but, I will try and let you know
