This is the second time I ordered the HP 564 2 pk Black Ink Cartridges. I like having the extra cartridge and it works very well. I appreciate that they sent a recycling envelope so I can send in the empty. The free shipping also makes this a good value.

After installing, it wouldn't print properly. Streaking was bad. Did the deep cleaning option and now won't print black at all. Now we are probably going to have buy a new printer. So upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is required for my printer. The printer does use a lot of ink and I have to reorder at least every 3 months and as you know ink is not cheap.
The ink does it's job and prints out well.

Normally no problems. One black ink was empty!
