I do believe HP has a good product BUT don't shake the new cartridge before putting in printer. The black ink spit all over the place. Clothing and carpet.

In previous order of 2 Black Ink cartrides, one was dried up and would not print.
Normally, I am very oleased with service and products.

Can never tell which black ink I am buying! Is it the photo or the printer ink, Butterfly symbol or hexagon. NO way to tell!
