I bought a new HP Photosmart 7520 printer 3 1/2 yrs ago. Now HP discontinued manufacturing the black ink cartridge that fits the printer. The number on the box is the same, but the cartridge is too large to fit in the printer. I have to buy a new printer now. Not happy at all with this product

I understand that you are experiencing an issue on your HP 564XL Photo Black High Yield Ink Cartridge as it is not compatible with your HP Photosmart 7520 printer. I have checked and found that this cartridge is compatible with your printer. Please follow the guidelines in this document to fix this issue: http://hp.care/2pD5MwI If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge. You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.
