I am on my third cartridge, one 250 pg and one 550 pg, and still haven't finished a rheem of paper. The printer is new and functioning beautifully. I wonder where I can get cartridges that don't empty so fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I changed from a dell product to HP. Like the printer and the picture quality but the amount of ink used means if I copy in quantity I will have to purchase a different printer and ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is what you would expect from an ink cartridge. I have not used it very much as yet. The only problem I have is that after I installed it and attempted to use it, I get the messages that the other color cartridges are empty or not genuine HP. Before I put this in, the color ones were low, but not empty. Why they do not work now, suddenly, I do not understand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Message on printer said one was damaged

I need to return one as the printer system said it was damaged and wouldn't work. I put the other one in there and it worked. Please send a return label on line so I can return it to have a replacement black ink cartridge for HP 564 without paying any postage. Thank you.
