I bought the ink for my printer, and the ink does not work. When I print an item, it comes out with some yellow ink, and nothing else. It is almost a blank piece of paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I am sorry that you are getting practically blank printouts. That is not good.
It is probable that the printhead needs cleaning. Your printer has an automatic routine to do that on the printer's menu. If it is badly clogged, the routine might need to be run more than once.
If that helps, the printer might have been turned off using a power strip or switch. The printer should always be turned off using the power button on the printer itself. That will let it 'park' so that the cartridges are protected from excess drying. The drying can cause clogs in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.
If that does not help, it could be that the cartridge is defective, and you can ask the seller for a refund or replacement.
