For some reason I was not able to navigate to order my cartridge on line. I have done it several times before. I had to call to place the order. The agent did tell me that I could extend the life of my ink cartridge by not turning on and off my printer so often. I usually only get 35 to 40 printed sheets off of each cartridge.
