All the HP 564 cartridges I use last for less than 30 pages, even the XL cartridges. I only use the HP Photosmart 7510 printer occasionally, and must replace cartridges frequently.

Hi,
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with HP 564 cartridges you received. It does seem like you should have gotten to use those more.
There is a possibility that the maintenance routines caused part of this. The tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper get clogged easily. It is necessary to spray a drop of ink through them occasionally to ensure that they stay clear.
Shutting the printer down between uses can result in some savings. However, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That will let the printer 'park' so that the nozzles are protected from excess drying.
When it appears that poor page yield was due to a defect, please exchange the cartridge. The return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
Unfortunately it is not working for my HP6520. Waste of money

Hello,
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the cartridge. That is unfortunate.
If it appears that its poor performance is due to a defect, please return it. The return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
The cartridge was the wrong thickness and I DON'T FIND ANYTHING ON THE PACKAGE OR THE AD THAT TELLS ME WHAT THICKNESS I AM ORDERING. MY PRINYER NEEDS BOTH CARTRIDGES IN ORDER TO ORPERATE.
After installing the 564 cartridge, no ink when printing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the cartridge. I can understand if you are unhappy.
It is possible that the printhead inside the printer is clogged and not letting the ink pass through it onto the paper. You can use the automatic cleaning option from the printer's menu to help get rid of the clogs.
If that does not work, and it appears that the cartridge is faulty, please return it. Our return process is covered, step-by-step at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
