My printer will not work with these cartridges. I keep getting an error message that the cartridges are not HP . I have four black cartridges that will not work!

Black ink cartridge printed 3 all black pages as test pages. Notify showed black cartridge less than 1/2 full. Now getting notice that black cartridge is low. Have only printed 20 or so pages that printed correctly. Cartridges too expensive for this to happen.

Remember HP Support is always there to fix all your issues. Please refer the instructions in this document to fix this issue: http://bit.ly/2B8m0Ao If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge. You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.

HP Black Ink 564 constantly clogging up printhead on my HP Photosmart 6520 AIO Printer. Only 10 attempts at trying to clean printhead that can not be removed and the cartridge was empty again. I have new cartridges that I wish to give away because I can not solve this problem and would have another save money. I will include the other color cartridges. They worked just fine.

To resolve the issue, you can try cleaning the electrical contacts as shown in Step 3 http://hp.care/2qsfLG1. over priced, some don't even function

Just got all new ink cartridges for my 3520, black won't work so printer for the most part still non-functional, nice HP!

I ordered this as the 564 xl is not available. It is the only one that will fit my printer and would love to have the xl version sometime soon.
