POP UP FLASH - internal flash

Hi, I am an old canon user and I just upgraded from my 60D to my 70D.
This is a great camera, but I am very disappointed with the popup flash.
I dont know why but the camera in A+ mode it takes what every she wants.
The light of every photo is different and very underexposed.
I cant believe that something so simple like this doesnt work in a camera of this level.
Is there any fix for this?

I first started back in the 80's with a AE-1 as my first camera when I was in the Marine Corp. From there I became a Canon faithful. I really enjoy the EOS 70D and its easy handling. Digitial Photography is a wonderful thing to have.

High Priced AVERAGE Camera

I thought with this new sensor that I would be happy with this Canon model.
Wrong. The image quality is not very good for the price, and the focusing is worse. I also am having to use very high ISO even in daylight conditions to get depth of field.
Poor build, already looking to sell. A Shame

It's a love/hate relationship

The focuse works great, however, it's hard to push the buttons soemtimes. I love shooting my children and my husbands. It has become quite a lovely hobby.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so good for video

Whilst the new focus system is good in video there are shortcomings. This camera has chronic moire/aliasing problems making some of the video footage unusable; especially in 720p setting. Also there is no 1080/50p (you only get 720/50p) so shooting fast action in 1080p is out of question. Also image-stablisation is lens-based and is very poor.
Pros: Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality
Cons: Shaky operation, Missing features/settings, Complicated controls/menu, moire/aliasing on video
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the EOS70D to replace my Canon Power Shot. I wanted something that was faster and that had more versatility. The first images that I shot with the camera the day that I received it had a very noticeable black spot in the upper right quadrant. I Just got the camera back after having the PCB and CMOS sensor replaced.
Cons: pooor image quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
