Great Buy!

I bought this dishwasher a few months ago and I'm so glad I did. It was easy to install and it's very easy to use. It does a great job cleaning and it's quiet, my only complaint is the top rack doesn't move up or down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pleased with the performance of my new dishwasher!

We purchased our new Frigidaire dishwasher about two months ago and have been very pleased with its performance as well as how quiet it is when running. I did have to contact customer service once because of a flashing light on the front panel and they were immediately able to resolve the issue. The flashing light was the result of a power outage that occurred while we were away on vacation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the utensil basket was missing from the factory packaging...one short call to factory service resulted in shipping the missing basket in a few days...the rep was friendly and competent offering helpful hints and free detergent samples

Cleans Great

We bought this 6 weeks ago and I love it. No more washing the dishes before we put them in the dishwasher. It runs very quite. Only thing bad is when you put your dirty dishes in as time goes along the door seals, so when you open it to put more dishes in you get a real bad smell. But I can live with that

Great Value and pretty quiet. Great features and gets dishes clean...air dry is not completely dry at end of cycle.

Very disappointed

Purchased this machine in the Fall and from our very first usage, the unit does not completely dry the dishes and the interior is always damp unless the door is left ajar.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Also, check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Happy with the quietness but why does it have to run for so long. Is that really energy efficient?

Hey Maryann1985, welcome to the Frigidaire family! There are many conditions that can impact cycle time, the most common being temperature. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-125 degrees for the best cleaning potential. Ensure you run the water in the sink until it is hot ( like you do before getting in the shower). An automatic sensor will check the incoming water temperature and, if it is not hot enough, the cycle will be lengthened for automatic water heating in the main wash and final rinse of all cycles. The dishwasher would not clean or dry my dishes. The store that I purchased it from was wonderful when I asked to return It.
