Has what I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher was about a week old and I noticed water around the front. I called for service and it was found to have a pinched pump seal which was the cause of the leaking. It was repaired and it's been a little over a week and so far no leaking. The only wash cycle selections I used so far are the Normal Wash Cycle and the Hi-Temp Wash Option. They do a good job of cleaning my dishes, however I still like to rinse the dishes before putting in the dishwasher. I did not like the Stemware Holder/Cup Shelf as my stemware was too short and did not rest on the rack when in the holder and the cup shelf only provides for the shorter coffee cups and not the taller of which I have. They were easily removable. I do like the Bowl Tines as they can be adjusted to the different bowl sizes. I moved up to the Gallery model as my first Frigidaire dishwasher provided in my condo was the basic model that needed to have the control panel replaced after about four and a half years of use and the motor went after about six years of use. I'm hoping this Gallery model will last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this dishwasher about a month ago because ours wasn't drying our dishes and it was older. Well this one doesn't either. We still have to hand dry even with drying agents in the dishwasher. The racks seem smaller also. Quiet when running and has a nice design.

Hey there, Over stressed mom! It's never fun to have to do extra work that your dishwasher should be doing on its own. Let's see if we can figure this out. First, make sure your incoming water temperature is set to at least 120 degrees. Use plenty of rinse aid, and load the dishes per the instructions in the manual. Make sure you have not accidentally selected Air Dry. Plastic dishes may not dry as well because they do not get as hot. Dishes with concaved bottoms will also collect water, which may not completely dry. If you still experience issues after following these suggestions, please let us know. Best Wishes, Brandi

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August 2016. Now this month we can't even get it to turn on. Checked breaker and plug in. They both work but dishwasher doesn't. Tried everything in the manual to do. Won't ever buy another one of this brand.

Pretty good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only used it half dozen times but so far we like it. Pretty quiet and spacious. Our last dish washer was so annoying as there was not a lot of room on the top or bottom per the design.

Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little while ago. I do like it but not very happy with the pods. It came with the finish brand pods so I stuck with them for awhile but I noticed it wasnt dissolving them all the way and was starting to have build up so I quit using them. Started washing dishes by hand again. That is the only major thing wrong I noticed but other that that I like it. And it matches my other appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!
