good freezer but thats where it stops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] freezer works. needs the two extra shelves that fit. website for parts is useless only designed to sell you stuff that is inefficient. model numbering a joke, user manual worthless. sad to see how low electrolux and frigidaire have sunk

Quiet and bright light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an emergency evening purchase when our not very old freezer died! No time to research as we normally do before a purchase this big. Knew we did not want the old well known brand which was supposed to be great product. It was extremely noisy! Seemed to get worse with time and died only a few years later. This one would be quiet enough to be in the house. Ours is kept in a room off the house but is not disturbing while working there.
Though a bit larger than we intended, it is roomy and well lit to see everything. Only am disappointed that it didn't come with a basket as was in the floor model so assumed would be included. Hoping I can order one to add. There is nothing to block stacks of packages from sliding out.
Hoping for a long life with this one! Not fun opening the door to thawed out food mess!!

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this freezer home, set it up, plugged it in, and it cooled to 10 degrees very quickly. I love the LED lighting. It makes it so easy to see what's on the shelves. It is very quiet and I hope to have many years of service from it.

Huge Freezer, it’s a beast!

Ours is out in the garage, we can still hear it kick on when we are in certain area’s of the house, don’t think I would care to have it in the utility room or kitchen for sure. The door seal is incredible, it's a great design.
