Nice freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer about a month and a half ago. It’s a nice freezer, very deep, however it only had a couple shelves but many slots for shelving. We were assured that purchasing additional shelving would be easy, it has not been. The freezer is great, I just wish it cake with more shelving.

Purchased in July, I have experienced problems in maintaining freezing temps.
We are in the 'service' phase at this time. The next service call will be to do a 'leak test' in which we determine whether or not there is a freon issue.

It took us a little while to get use to it because our old model was a side by side but now have wondered why we didn't switch to the French Doors years ago. We especially love the easy access drawer.

Not doing too well

Temp is not holding very well at all times! Other than that the door sticks a lot and is very hard to open. But would temp at 20 plus degrees when really needed

Hey EAPINELLAS! The tightness in the door seal indicates that the gasket is sealing properly. If you're opening the freezer, I suggest gently sliding your hand around the gasket and door frame to loosen the seal so that you can open the door. I hope this helps!
