Love my Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was forced into buying a new freezer last month because my old one "bit the dust". It was only minutes until closing time as I rushed into the local appliance store to try to buy a freezer and get it delivered the same afternoon so I wouldn't loose everything in the old freezer. I literally looked at the largest freezer on display, pointed to it and said "can you deliver it NOW?". Little did I know what a fantastic freezer I have inadvertently picked out. I love it. I'd recommend it to anyone. I haven't found a single thing to be unhappy about. You can't go wrong with this freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this large freezer and I know I will have fun I filling. I am also sure I will have plenty of good years of use. I love the lights and the simplicity of being able to see everything right away. The only concern I have is how hard it is to open the door. I know you need a snug fit but this is awful hard to open.

A Freezer Needs to be Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a year after delivery this freezer stopped working. Even though the green light continued to glow at the bottom of the unit, it did not cool. The manufacturer sent a local appliance company to diagnose the problem. They didn't have the replacement thermostat, and they had a process that involves their field agent filling in an actual piece of paper with carbon copies which is then turned in the next day for processing. This caused unnecessary delay. And a freezer full of melted, rotting food is an expensive lesson I will not forget.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our old freezer for a very long time and my in-laws had it for even longer before us. That said, it’s hard to believe that I could be impressed by a freezer. A freezer keeps items frozen, check. Now though I can honestly say that I am genuinely impressed with this particular model. The door shelves have room to put more than just some croissant tubes in them and they are very sturdy. This expands the room exponentially. We didn’t want baskets donto the amount of space the eat up so again this unit fits the bill. On one of the shelves we have 40 lbs of hamburger with zero sagging of the shelf itself.
