Very happy with this freezer so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this freezer because of its size and the appearance of more insulation around the box in general. The heavier walls will help it maintain temperature in the summer since this thing lives in the garage. It has worked very well so far; we got it packed with all the frozen stuff we have and there is still plenty of room!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to open door

The door is very difficult to open. It's like it's a vacuum is created when the door was closed. Sometimes when it is finally opened it has tilted or moved from the original position. It is especially difficult when you go to reopen it just after closing the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died after 3 years

My husband and I bought this freezer hoping to have it for years. After 3 years and finding out now that it only has a 1 year warranty when it died, to say that we are more than disappointed would be an understatement. We bought frigidaire for the name but apparently the quality has declined. We are now in the search for a new freezer.

Cools and freezes, but vacuum feature is flawed

The unit made a high pitch sound for the first couple days, so I returned unit to the store and got a different one. It did the same thing for the first day, but then went away and is working great. Very spacious and the adjustable shelves are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
